These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (the “Client”, “you”, or “your”) and MST Spain Sports Tours (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a tour or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
MST Spain Sports Tours specialises in organising bespoke sports tours for football, padel, and rugby teams, offering exclusive access to top-tier training sessions, professional club visits, competitive fixtures, and cultural experiences in destinations such as Spain, Ireland, and the UK.
We provide tailored travel arrangements for youth groups, school teams, amateur clubs, academies, and more.

“Tour” means any sports tour, event, package, or service arranged by MST Spain Sports Tours.
“Group” refers to a collective booking (e.g., a school, club, or team).
“Participant” means any individual attending the Tour.
“Lead Booker” means the person responsible for coordinating and confirming the Group’s tour arrangements, including payment and communication with MST.
3.1. How to Book
A booking is initiated by the Lead Booker submitting a written enquiry or responding to a quotation. The booking is confirmed once:
A written acceptance of our quotation is received.
The non-refundable deposit is paid.
We issue written confirmation of the booking.
3.2. Group Size and Composition
Minimum and maximum group sizes apply to most tours. Specific player-to-coach ratios, adult supervision requirements (for minors), and gender-based accommodation needs must be discussed in advance.
3.3. Booking Confirmation
All confirmations are subject to availability and the timely payment of deposits. No arrangements are guaranteed until full confirmation is issued by MST Spain Sports Tours.
4.1. Deposit
A non-refundable deposit, usually 25% of the tour cost, must be paid within 7 days of invoice issue. This secures accommodation, fixtures, and training venues.
4.2. Interim and Final Payments
Interim payments may be required for larger bookings or longer lead times.
Final balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure unless stated otherwise.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and forfeit of all payments made.
4.3. Late Bookings
Bookings made within 8 weeks of the departure date require full payment at the time of booking.
4.4. Payment Methods
Accepted methods include bank transfer or card payments. Payment details will be included on invoices. All currency exchange fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the client.
Prices are quoted per person or per group and are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Prices typically include accommodation, meals (where applicable), match arrangements, facility access, and basic excursions.
Prices do not include:
Travel insurance
Visas or travel documents
Personal spending money
Optional excursions or additional fixtures not agreed upon in advance
Price adjustments may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations, tax increases, or supplier costs. Any increase greater than 8% allows you to cancel without penalty.
6.1. Cancellation by Client
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by the Lead Booker. Charges apply based on the date notice is received before the departure date:

No refund is given for participants who choose to leave a tour early.
6.2. Cancellation by MST Spain Sports Tours
We may cancel a tour due to events beyond our control or insufficient numbers. In this case, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. No compensation will be paid for additional costs incurred (e.g. flights booked independently).
7.1. Changes by the Client
Requests to change tour arrangements (e.g. dates, number of participants, itinerary) must be made in writing and are subject to availability and additional costs.
7.2. Changes by Us
We reserve the right to make minor changes (e.g. hotel, match opponents) and will inform you promptly. For major changes, such as a significant change in dates or destination, you will be offered the option to accept the change, receive a credit, or cancel for a full refund.
You are responsible for ensuring all participants have valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas if required, and any medical documentation.
Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all participants, covering medical care, cancellation, personal liability, and sports injuries.
We reserve the right to cancel your place if proof of insurance is not provided upon request.
Health and safety protocols must be followed at all times.
Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed in writing prior to travel.
MST Spain Sports Tours accepts no liability for injuries sustained during physical activity unless due to our negligence.
Participants should bring their own protective equipment (e.g., shin guards, gum shields).
By booking with MST Spain Sports Tours, you agree that:
Participants must show respect to all staff, hosts, and fellow travellers.
Abusive, antisocial, or illegal behaviour may result in exclusion from the tour without refund.
The Lead Booker is responsible for ensuring appropriate adult supervision of minors.
Any damages caused by a participant are the responsibility of the individual or group.
Accommodation is based on shared rooms unless otherwise agreed.
Specific rooming requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
Clients are responsible for checking the condition of accommodation upon arrival.
Facilities such as training pitches, gyms, and meeting rooms are subject to availability and booking schedules.
We work with trusted partners and professional clubs to arrange quality fixtures and training experiences.
Match fixtures and training times may be subject to last-minute change due to weather, pitch conditions, or club policy.
In the event of a cancellation, we will attempt to provide a suitable alternative.
Group transport (e.g. airport transfers, match day travel) is included where stated.
All passengers must arrive punctually. Delays caused by late arrivals may result in missed activities.
MST is not responsible for third-party transportation delays.
Any privately arranged transport is at your own risk.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing services caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:
War or terrorism
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Pandemics or epidemics
Strikes or civil unrest
In such cases, we will offer the choice of rescheduling or a partial refund depending on recoverable costs.
MST Spain Sports Tours acts as an agent on behalf of third-party suppliers (hotels, clubs, etc.). We are not liable for the performance of third-party services.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid for the tour.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost luggage, earnings, or missed connections.
If a problem arises:
You must report it immediately to your tour representative.
If not resolved, follow up in writing within 14 days of your return.
Failure to report issues during the tour may affect your ability to claim compensation.
Photos and videos may be taken during the tour by MST staff or affiliates. These may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing before the start of the tour. We respect child protection policies and do not publish names or identifiable details without permission.
We collect and use personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is used for booking, safety, legal, and communication purposes only.
We do not share personal information with third parties except where required to deliver services (e.g., hotels, clubs). Our full Privacy Policy is available upon request or via our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
